First Rodeo AI Inc. ("First Rodeo", "Bronco", "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you interact with our websites, services, and other online and offline offerings (collectively, the "Services").

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Services. Please note that this policy does not cover any personal information that our customers collect from their end users via our platform. For such data, our customers' respective privacy policies apply.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. If we make significant changes, we will notify you as required by law. By continuing to use our Services after such updates, you accept the revised Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information to provide and enhance our Services. The type of information we collect depends on how you interact with us:

A. Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: Name, email, phone number, and any other details you provide when creating an account.
  • Purchases: Information related to transactions, excluding payment card details, which are managed by third-party processors.
  • Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support or inquiries, including through the chat feature on our websites. Chat conversations are recorded and stored, and are transmitted to, stored by, and processed by a third-party messaging platform acting on our behalf, both in real time and afterward, to operate the chat, route and answer your questions, and improve support. By using the chat feature, you consent to this recording, storage, and processing. If you do not consent, please contact us by email instead.
  • Events and Surveys: Data you share when participating in events, surveys, or promotions.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and Usage Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and interaction with our Services.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We and our advertising and analytics partners use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to gather analytics, measure our advertising, and identify visitors and the companies they work for. This includes advertising cookies and identifiers set or read by Google, Meta, and OpenAI, and visitor-identification technology from Apollo. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and opt out of advertising uses on our Your Privacy Choices page.

C. Information from Third Parties

We may receive additional information from partners, event organizers, or third-party integrations you use with our Services.

We use your personal information to:

  • Market and promote our Services, subject to your communication preferences.

De-Identified and Aggregated Data

We may use aggregated data for research and development purposes. This data cannot identify you personally.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information as necessary to operate our business and provide the Services:

  • A. Service Providers: Vendors assisting with hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer messaging — including the third-party platform that operates our website chat and stores and processes chat transcripts on our behalf. Service providers are contractually limited to processing personal information on our instructions.
  • B. Business Partners: Partners collaborating with us on co-branded offerings.
  • C. Legal Compliance and Protection: Disclosure as required by law or to protect our rights and users.
  • D. Business Transactions: In case of a merger, sale, or similar event, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
  • E. Advertising Partners: We disclose identifiers and internet activity to advertising platforms — currently Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta, and OpenAI — to measure our marketing and to reach audiences likely to be interested in our Services, and to Apollo to identify business visitors to our website. Some of these disclosures are "sales" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page.

5. Your Privacy Choices

You have the right to:

  • Opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe link provided.
  • Manage cookies and tracking through browser settings.
  • Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising on our Your Privacy Choices page, or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the following rights:

  • Right to Know: Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to statutory exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We "sell" or "share" (as those terms are defined by the CCPA) identifiers and internet or other electronic network activity information with the advertising partners listed in Section 4 for cross-context behavioral advertising. Opt out at any time via the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer. We also treat the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Categories we collect: identifiers (such as name, email, IP address, cookie and advertising IDs); commercial information (transactions and demo requests); internet or other electronic network activity (pages visited, interactions with our site and ads); coarse geolocation inferred from IP address; and professional information (such as your company, for business visitors). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

To exercise the rights to know, delete, or correct, email howdy@bronco.run with the subject "Privacy request." We will verify your request using information associated with your account or prior interactions with us, respond within the statutory timeframes, and honor requests submitted by an authorized agent with valid proof of authorization.

6. Data Security and Retention

We implement safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain each category of personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes disclosed in this policy: account and commercial information for the life of the account plus any period required by law; marketing, analytics, and advertising data for up to 24 months; and support communications for up to 24 months after resolution.

7. International Transfers

If you access our Services outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers, which will comply with applicable laws.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 18. If we become aware of personal information collected from a child, we will delete it promptly.
